Pickwick Leasing Office

I've been living here almost a year. I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath bath. Almost 1100 sq ft. The apartment is huge! The office staff Maria and Kim) are very nice and accommodating. The maintenance team is very good good also. When you put in a request they basically come right away. The grounds are kept nice. I love that it is a mixed community and people are generally very friendly and I feel safe here. That is the most important. Family friendly community. It is located right next to a small shopping center where you can get pizza, Liquor store, Rite Aid, medical care inside the building, postal service, Safeway foods as well as a gas station.. 5 minute walking. Try it.

I leased an apartment at Pickwick in Pikesville for two years. They dont make apartments as spacious as this anymore. The location is perfect and in close proximity to the beltway, Greenspring Quarry, and other main roads. Theres a neighborhood grocery store, several banks and other convenient shops nearby. Its a family-friendly neighborhood and although its in the city of Baltimore, I never felt unsafe. The apartments are not luxury, but they are very spacious and well kept. No rodent or insect issues at all. The appliances are well kept and the grounds are routinely maintained. Whenever I needed routine maintenance service (I rarely ever needed anything else), the staff was always there in a reasonable time. Joshua and his staff are friendly, respectful and very professional. The Leasing Office, Maria Moxley, Director of Operations and Property Management, is professional and communicative.

Ive lived here 3 years there are a lot of pros to living here but the cons are the MICE!!!! Been dealing with a mice issue for 2 years.
