I absolutely love my new home! Peaceful, well kept community. Mrs. Lisa made the move in process smooth. Mrs. Lisa literally has a Bleeding Heart she went above and beyond to help make my move happen. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism, she definitely makes you feel like family right at home.

My husband and I love this apartment community. We recently had a smooth transfer to a larger unit. Any concerns we had were tended to immediately. We appreciate you! Updated 2023: If 10 stars were possible, I'd give 20! Ms Lisa continues to be an amazing property manager. She's attentive to our needs and doesn't hesitate to resolve issues we may have quickly. She follows up with us to make sure we're satisfied with things and 100% of the time, we are! Mr AJ, our maintenance man, goes above and beyond for this community. Any issue we have had, he fixed it without hesitation and sometimes before I had even expected him to see the request placed. I'm comfortable when outside workers have to come in and do anything because he's present and attentive. Last, when I witnessed him take his shoes off before stepping on my carpet, that showed me he cared for our individual spaces like he cares for the property. Amazing team here!

I lived there for about four years. I found Miss Moore very pleasant to deal with. The complex is small which I personally found very appealing. The area is clean and peaceful and the property is well kept.

All I can say is Lisa Moore is the best.Nottingham South is beautiful and quiet place to live I give it 5 stars.

I had a friend who lived in a Jr. 1 bedroom here and I visited often. The place was really cute and affordable. The neighborhood seemed quiet.
