    Lived at this complex for 5 years, staff was very rude they did not want to answer my questions or address my concern about the complex I moved into. I was given a check less to do myself instead of them checking the complex themselves. Pipe under my sink burst because it was old and not replaced before I moved in. Lights did not work, stove kept clicking so bad I had to call the fire department and shut my gas off. Upon trying to pay my rent they would not take it and evicted me even though I had the money. Asked the complex to remove things from the storage unit and they never did. I do not recommend this complex definitely not worth the amount they charge for rent when they can't even meet peoples basic needs

    I have an issue with wasps traveling into my apartment and I had requested about this issue since August 13th. I assumed the wasps were coming from the attic. I've had to constantly request updates from the leasing office multiple times and told multiple things, first I was told the exterminator was coming. He never came. I called again and was told I was not put on the list. So I was then put on the list. The exterminator never came. Then I called again and asked about the exterminator then I was told a specialist was requested because it's not routine that was around 9/7 and I was told I would get a call about an update. No call came and I just called today on 9/21 asking for an update and I was told the Manager and exterminator already came last Tuesday and treated the issue despite me still seeing the wasps. I heard no one upstairs in the attic or in the hallway and I live on the top floor and I work from home. I would have heard someone. I would not have called the office again if I knew or heard someone treating the issue. I am being told by the rental office that the wasps should be dying off soon which is why I suspect no one cares about this situation. Needless to say this has been a horrible experience. Rent is also high here especially when there is no washer or dryer in unit or dishwasher and the frequent pest issues that require so much calling back and forth. I pay rent on time and I am never late. I expect the customer service to be better than this. Thank you. Edit: Just two hours after writing the review another wasp made its way into my kitchen. If the issue was taken care of the nest would be gone and none would be in here. Edit: I am not sure who the owner is referring to but I never spoke to anyone yesterday on 9/26 about this situation. Maybe they have me confused with someone else?

    Pros: A) Amazing office staff! Ashley has always been so patient and took the time to explain billing issues (on multiple occasions; see Cons list below)without making me feel like I am burdening her. B) Great central location. C) Lighting-fast maintenance responses. D) Cheaper then the other complexes down the street. E) Storage units in basement. F) Nice web-portal that is easy to setup and use. G) This one is in response to a bad review I read below: This property is a very healthy mix of different races/religions, etc. Almost every building I have visited was very evenly mixed, and everyone I have spoken to has gotten along just fine with their neighbors. Dont make your decision to live here based on one person's bad experience where they probably left out all the facts about what THEY did wrong. Cons: A) Units are small and outdated. B) 90 degree turn at all front door does not allow for any "serious" furniture. C) One (2ft x 15inch) counter on each side of sink is ALL the counter space you get. D) No dishwasher. E) Shared laundry in basement (but points for them using an app so you dont always need to hunt for quarters). F) Confusing billing. (After renewing my lease I got a notice on my door because I was not told clearly that I would have to re-setup my auto-bill pay. Then I got another notice on my door a few months later because, I needed to re-setup auto bill pay for my water/sewer charges separately.) That being said, as I stated above in the Pros list, Ashley was very nice and worked through it with me, but it is always distressing to get notices on your door, and these could have been avoided, and it helps that I didn't call her all yelling and angry, so we calmly worked it out and she was awesome enough to remove the late fees. Overall, definity would recommend this place.
