Best thing about the Complex is the maintenance man Larry and Laquesha the maintenance Manager, the stars are for them only! I try to avoid the office and go thru them.

maintenance response in one day or so. Safe and near a park, where you could occasionally see deer. But the noise from neighbors could sometimes be annoying.

Do not move at this place or find a top floor apartment, living at lower level apartment has been a disaster for me and my family. Top floor bathroom leaking and damaging my items all the time. In one year I had 4 different ceiling leaking. The stress of dealing with the overwhelming problems is taking a haul on my health. When you put put maintenance request, you have to deal with rude people like they hate their job. I have been renting for over 20 years , this is by far the worst rental experience ever. I was sent a letter last month saying they are intended to take me to court for not paying my rent. I have not been late in rent payment my entire life. So I sent them proofs and It tooks me 3 differents phone calls for them to figure it out. It has been one issue after another just because the office is full of people but most of them don't even know what to do.
