Hamilton Park Apartments

This apartment complex is filled with section 8 tenants and horrible management! They never fix anything just patch of cover up the issues that keep reoccurring. The washing machines are nasty! The gym is pitiful and the equipment never works. Someone keeps breaking into the laundry rooms to do what . Lord! The lady in the office is USELESS! She cant do nothing on time but take her cigarette break. Parking is unhinged! We have parking passes for fun when random cars fill the parking lots at night - they stopped paying the towing company so there that! Whenever you have maintenance in your apartment you have to watch them and watch how they are changing/ fixing things.

There are worse places to live and this is high on the list. Management is useless and lazy. There is black mold in the ceiling of my unit and Nothing has been done about it. The floor is peeling and nothing has been done about it. The biggest consistency is the lack of repairs on the property! The staff gets too smart and if you voice your opinion theyll never come around to fix anything. The walls are thin and you can hear everything your neighbors do and say! You can smell the food of others coming through the walls and in the hallways.

New manager is extremely unprofessional and has addressed no concerns, and is accusatory. I definitely see a downhill difference. Works hard to keep the workers happy, they take up all parking. Blasts music fixing nothing. 3 of my neghbors moved. Unclean hallways and horrible tenant treatment overall it is horrid. Look elsewhere.

Very nice location, convenient to the beltway and local restaurants for commuting. Mice problem that went on for over a year despite repeated calls to maintenance and leasing office. Ceiling leaks that took 3 months and several reminder emails to remediate. The previous owners WPM management were amazing but the new owners were awful and did nothing but raise prices in a pandemic. The walls and floors are extremely thin so I hope you enjoy whatever your neighbors are watching on tv. They added a new parking policy and tried to force people to pay $50 to park in their own parking spot in a pothole ridden parking lot , which quickly backfired. Instead everyone got a little Hamilton Park green sticker to place on their car to prove they live there, not even a parking permit. One maintenance man for the whole community, he tries but I mean come on.
