Angie gave a very good tour and provided great information and advice. The building has all the amenities to make life easy (dishwasher, in unit-laundry, air-conditioning) as well as some nice common areas.

After the quick succession of two property managers, we have struck gold with Michael our new manager. He is always gracious, concerned and responsive. I feel confident that under his professional and competent steerage the Mount Royal will continue to serve the needs of its tenants and community and rise and meet well any challenges! Add to that the building's location and apartments, you have a recipe for an outstanding community!

I had a great experience today seeing 2 3bedroom 2bathroom apartments at The Mount royal The Young lady was very nice and welcoming me she answered any questions that I may have about the apartments ect My Son truly enjoyed the rooms and the amenities

I recently moved into The Mt. Royal Apartments and I am extremely satisfied with the application and move in experience. The online application was simple and easy to complete. When I contacted the rental community office to ensure the application was received, and to correct a mistake on my behalf, Niya/Leasing Consultant was responsive, professional and courteous. Nita/Leasing Consultant was my primary contact for my application and move in experience. Throughout those processes Niya was accommodating and provided excellent customer service. For example, there was a small hiccup on the back end of my move in process. However, Niya provided an interim solution, all while Mary/Rental Community Manager continued to resolve the issue. I spoke to and met Mary/Rental Community Manager near the end of the move in process. Even still, Mary also was responsive to my lease related questions. Lastly, my move in process was fairly smooth thanks to Niya and Mary. Of note, my first night in the unit I recognized that the kitchen sink was clogged. I then contacted the emergency maintenance line on the weekend/outside of normal hours and my problem was solved the same day. Overall, I am more than satisfied with my move in process, unit and amenities.

I saw the apartment relied, my daughter lives this apartment, regarding this issue, I contacted office many times and many residents did same way, but never received answer. Why this apartment charges very high water bill? Each person $100 per month. This apartment charges very high water bill, $100 per month, even if you back to home during the winter and summer break. I tried to contact the management office, but never got any answer, and only asked to call conservice, all the staffs are finding various excuses to avoid this problem every day.
