        Every time I go to Burlington, I have to wait in a long line because of the shortage of cashier, and that experience is not good.

        I went to Burlington to find a Hoodia or a jacket. Fortunately, I was able to find s little jacket due to weather rapidly changing. The cashier, Morgan, provided excellent customer service.

        No public restrooms shopping with small kids thank God there was no accidents and the store was a mess and only two cashiers long lines Steve socializing and not helping customers

        The store was pretty clean & well organized. I was there trying on clothes with my mother & we noticed there weren't too many mirrors thru out the store (which is usually consistent in Burlington stores). However, the customer service was good.
