Went downhill when Dr. Abramson retired. The receptionists are very rude.

Myself and my 4 daughters have been going to this dentist office for over 25 years. I recently changed dentist, and my experience made me think. The entire staff and the dentist were professional and pleasant. It didnt come across as phony or fake. I thought about how the older lady at the Elrino St. location has such a terrible demeanor. I have excellent insurance and never owed this office anything. This ladys attitude was if I had offended her in some way. My assumption was she is like this with everyone. The rest of the staff are good people. The other thing I realized was how outdated Dr. Abramsons office and equipment is.

Dr Abramson had been my Dentist for over 20 years and he was by far the best I had ever seen. Unfortunately he had retired almost two years ago. My new Dentist is ok but no as good as Ambramson. I am not sure why they have not change the name of the practice yet on Google but it is now called Bayview Dental Office.

I have been going to Dr. Knuessel since last 10 years until recently when I changed my dentist. This facility is a bit outdated with dated equipments. However, that didn't bother us much until the dentists wrong call led to an abscess on my husbands tooth because of which he had to get his tooth extracted from another dental clinic. My husband had a cavity on his teeth. The dentist did filling but no root canal. After few weeks the same tooth started to pain. This time too the dentist just redid the filling. After a week my husbands tooth started developing abscess. The dentist put him on antibiotics and said that the abscess will dry out soon. However, his abscess became worse. At that stage the dentist recommended extraction. Because of this issue, we no more go to this dental clinic.
