        Clean!! We have used this location each time my husband has had surgery at Hopkins. They are always kind and accommodating, good meals from the restaurant upstairs, and super-clean. The valet is quick and professional, much appreciated! This time I was given an extra hand from Sha-Ron. She was so wonderful! It was like having family to meet us. My husband had a rough time with the anesthesia, and she simply took care of all the details, made sure we were fully settled in and comfortable with all our needs met. I felt cared about! Thank you so much for all that! You made such a difference

        Decided to use the valet parking, what a mistake. They stole my $200 sunglasses from the car. I was told on 3 separate occasions that they Valet Manager would call me back, he did not. Only the following week did I get a call. He told me he would do an investigation and review the camera footage and get back in 1-2 business days. I called back a week and a half later and asked why he did not call me. He said he asked the staff and they said there were no glasses in the car. Did he really think they would tell him otherwise. He also said he talked to his boss and it said it was my responsibility. I did not expect otherwise, but when I was told they would review the camera footage and they did nothing, that was disappointing. I also asked the Hotel Manager to call me several times and I never received a phone call. Horrible customer service, stay away from this hotel.
