Our room had a faulty deadbolt lock that would not engage. The staff and management for Marriott took no action to resolve this security issue. Staying at this location puts your valuables and your personal safety at risk. Safety: Contacted front desk concerning the deadbolt lock that wasnt working. There was only one staffer at the hotel and they couldnt call anyone or give us another room. Also spoke to 3 associates and 2 supervisors at Marriott customer service. They gave me a case number. Customer safety and security dont seem to be priorities for Marriott management.

Beautiful new hotel. I loved everything about it and the staff was very nice. Everything was clean and spacious with a very modern feeling. You can definitely tell the building is new and its in a great spot, theres also a parking garage right in front of the hotel. Will definitely stay at again the next time Im in Baltimore!

Ive stayed at this hotel multiple times but this last visit very well may be the last. The first room I was given had a bath tub that wouldnt drain. No problem, my mom and I packed our things and moved to a second room. The second room had no heat and a broken refrigerator. Understandably frustrated I asked the front desk to come up to bring us the a key for the room we would move to next so I we did not have to bring our luggage all the way downstairs again and then back up to the new room. Well 20 mins later the lady in front never came so I go down to find her talking and laughing with some guy at the bar with no sense of urgency about my situation at all. The third room we moved to was disgusting, bathroom had mold and hair and one of the pillowcases was dirty. At no point in the night or in the morning did we ever have hot water for our showers and the water pressure was extremely low. At this point I didnt want to move a 4th time so we dealt with it. Ive contacted Marriott and spoke with the front desk and neither have done anything even as simple as apologize for our stay. It really sucks because the location is amazing and I enjoy the parking but sadly I think I will stay elsewhere from now on. This place has gone downhill. Safety: Very safe Food & drinks: Many bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. A grocery store is located adjacent to the property.

Stayed for a work trip, staff was all friendly enough but seemed like they didn't really care too much. The room for the price was kinda dirty. Should have taken pics but there were little pieces of like clear plastic wrappers around the edges of beds/walls/furniture. There was lots of dust in those areas I mentioned too, and between the bed and the night stand it looked like there was dried vomit or something? The worst part was probably the food at the "bistro" I got the grilled chicken sandwich, it was basically a glorified vending machine sandwich. One dry piece of over cooked chicken with some melted cheese. The fries were super hot at least! They also state on all of the menus they close at 10:45 on weeknights I think he 9:59 the one night there was no one at it. It is far from my worst hotel stay but for paying $190 a night, I expected a little more than this. Rooms: Room wasn't very clean, lots of dust and old wrappers I think dried puke was on the floor. Faucet leaked a little around the handle. Bathroom smelled a little like mildew maybe?
