Honestly, I love staying at these places. I travel for work and they are just lovely and comfortable. The staff at this one are very pleasant and jovial. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast offerings are good. I am just never unhappy with a Country Inn.

First stay at this property and won't be back. When we arrived at 7pm to check in the front desk attendant was across the lobby dealing with a water leak from above. He yelled out "I can't check you in now". I wasn't sure how to take that, did he mean I can't check in at all or ??. I stood and waited a few minutes waiting for further instructions, finally he came over and checked us in while mentioning the water leak. Not sure why he just didn't say I'll be with you in a couple of minutes when we arrived. The guy who seemed to be responsible for the leak seemed to be high on something and another person who came into the lobby was also high. I know the hotel can't be responsible for it's guests but it didn't leave us feeling very safe. The room itself was in poor maintenance. Shower enclosure was full of mold. The taps barely turned on. The sheets on the bed were of a grey colour and didn't seem clean. The pillows were disgusting, stains showed through the grey coloured pillow cases. This is the first Country Inn & Suites I have stayed at that was in poor shape. And breakfast, again disgusting looking, didn't ever bother with toast, just checked out and went to McDonalds.
