Hampton Inn Baltimore/White Marsh

Terrible experience. We tried to stay here. Prepaid room via Hilton app. Im an Honors member. When we arrived the room smelled of smoke. We were told it was the last room. No refund given. Now its really late and we move to the Hilton garden white marsh and have to pay the highest rate and to date weve not gotten a refund. Several calls to both hotels. No help. So easy to treat people with respect. The Hampton inn brand is stained by this individual hotel

horrible, horrible, horrible just basic stuff like clean, updated remote. other stuff like parking is not free in their lot. How do you have a lot not a garage and still charge???? otherwise outside of room is wet with a wet vac going for some unknown reason, no notification -- you gave me this room!!??? are you that crowded that you could not put us somewhere else automatically?

I have stayed here in the past a few times. The rooms feels like there is a lot of moisture in the room, bed was comfortable but not clean, stains and hair in bed. Sink in the bathroom was dripping all night, same with the tub. The pillows were lackluster. I will give it another try. I hope the renovations improve these issues. The breakfast options are just simple buffet options. The location is good! The management is awesome. The hotel needs major improvements.

Very convenient from I95. Check in was a pleasure, thank you Maryann! Walkability: Walkable to the shops on the Avenue! Lots of restaurants within walking distance

Stay at a different nearby hotel. Booked two rooms and was told I only booked one upon arrival. Hotel told me to call corporate, corporate told me to call the hotel, both said they couldn't help. I was then billed for three rooms. The one I used, the one I had to book at the hotel and the one that said I didn't book originally. Still fighting this with the hotel and corporate. Rooms: Room had trash left on the floor from a previous stay. Noteworthy details: Staff lied to me and said I didn't book two rooms, but charge for me multiple rooms.
