Gina is pleasant, professional, detailed oriented and passionate about her work! I was tasked with being co-Personal Representative of an estate sale. There was additional paperwork and formalities that need to happen. Gina was on top if it! She anticipated potential highlights and lowlights along the way, and always strove to help us present the most attractive offering. If she had the slightest question about something, she knew who to bring in to address the scenario. She guided us but did not smother us. She was patient yet persistent and advocated for us. Her experience also allowed her to anticipate the buyers wants. She was sensitive to our needs, as well as the buyers needs and successfully collaborated with the buyers realtor to steer the process to a favorable win-win for all.
