        Overlay was priced at $50 in the catalog, was being told it is $55. Saw a mouse running around when I stayed late to finish my pedicure. Wont be coming back

        Ive been coming to this place for the past few months to do my nails , feet , eyebrows , lip and chin and Ive always had good service. I came in today to my lip, chin and brows. The new African American lady that serviced me was so rude and unprofessional. She did not do my eyebrows how I wanted them and I told her she started rolling her eyes and giving me attitude. I asked her politely if I could do the plucking myself and although she let me but she said look Im not gonna let you sit here and pluck your eyebrows I have things to do. Whoever did your eyebrows before aint did them right or give them shape when I literally did my eyebrows here. I had to get up. Bad service with the attitude and bad cigarette smoke smell on her hands and mouth. UNPROFESSIONAL! !

      We apologize for experience! However, we are not supposed to wax in 1 area more than once. As far as salon policy, the technician was NOT supposed to allow you to use the tweezers. She was wrong. She did tell me you also got a lip and chin wax. The tech also told you she wasn't trying to irritate your skin. So, now we're here with a bad review. Come in after a week and I'll have someone fix everything for your brows on the house. Just let it grow out for a week then it's easier to fix without skin irritation.
