I would have scored it higher but although they do an incredible job on my nails and is very convenient for someone looking to be serviced on the Westside of Baltimore I witnessed unprofessional conduct to another patronizing customer which happened to be a teenager. I'm BIG on customer service and the response to this young lady from one of the techs was out of pocket. In their defense she was very rowdy and disrespectful but when in a business setting you must conduct yourself accordingly. Know how to handle and diffuse situations as they come without disrespecting your patronizing customers. Other than that my service has been pleasant and my nails are done in a timely manner and always on point.

Im never getting services from them again.I always went there to get my nails done. I will never go to that plaza again. I went there on 02/02/2024 to get my nails done. I came back inside and told them that my car got stolen and they did nothing to help me I'le never go there again. Im never going to that plaza again ever.!!!

I went in today I am mortified i got my eyebrows done and they are horrible I asked the lady to thin them out a little bit not take all my eyebrow off and leave no arch to them. I have thick eyebrows so now they are pencil thin because she did want she wanted to do . Like to the point I wanted to cry. I had to draw on immediately. The pedicure was good but the wax just made me give it 1 star. Never again!
