Customer service at this location is no where near what it used to be. I visited this location twice in the past week and both times I left unhappy. The first was to look for a somewhat formal dress for an event. The employee pointed in the direction of the dresses but that was the most amount of help we received that day. I returned back on Sunday afternoon to look for an outfit for my birthday. I was able to score a cute pair of boots from the clearance rack. As for the rest of their clothes, I will say they need a MAJOR update. While this is not on the employees specifically, whoever decides what should be displayed in stores must be forgetting their catering to more than just mature plus size women. The clothes in shop are very outdated, unstylish, and ill fitting. It makes absolutely no sense because youd think theyd want to put their best selling clothing on display. Can we please leave the cold shoulders and overly massive array of floral prints in the past already?? As for the rest of my visit on my birthday, the employee who was there was very unhelpful with finding anything. When I told her what items I was looking for that I saw online she just said she didnt have them. Not to mention I had my bra size measured a month or so ago and they were WAY off. I ordered a bra, the cup size was so large it was gaping at the top I could fit my entire hand inside and still have room. After returning the bra and ordering my own tape measure to measure myself, she was about 3-4 cup sizes off. How??? It is truly a shame that Lane Bryant isnt at this mall anymore. I seriously suggest if anyone is able to travel to Harford Mall instead of coming here, do it! I went there on Wednesday and a very nice woman named Sam helped me by pulling different sizes of jeans and shirts to find my true size. She also pulled numerous different bras in different styles so I could see which fit best. I will honestly say the clothing selection there is also mature, but Id much rather visit here to help with online ordering or trying on clothes than this Torrid EVER again!
