        An awful experience all around. I felt disrespected, that my time and money were wasted and that my questions and concerns were dismissed and not addressed. Better off doing it yourself in TurboTax or through the IRS than paying this place an exorbitant fee to haphazardly enter the information in front of you. I would not recommend this office, and particularly the tax preparer Mr. Vo to anyone.

        Terrible and humiliating experience here. Didn't get assistance with anything we came there for, our preparer was unhelpful and condescending and also didn't tell us the difference in fees between a standard and itemized deduction until after everything has been submitted and we were forced to pay. We went there for help figuring out back taxes and also learning about first time homebuyers benefits and he pretty much told us "you can just do it at home, figure it out" and "that's not a thing, and if it were, you wouldn't get it." (This was gaslighting, there are many options out there and whether we qualify or not, we should have at least been told.) We could have done the entire thing at home and so essentially we paid several hundred of dollars for NOTHING. One of the worst experiences I have had anywhere, I wish we had just walked out.
