I would like to give this store a good review as I love LOFT clothes and this is a generally nice store, however unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this location. I came in to return some clothes outside of the return window for store credit, and unfortunately, as they were now considered final sale, they couldnt be returned. I understood and was fine with that (although disappointed), and continued shopping in the store. After I tried on clothes and exited the fitting room, I heard and saw two employees talking badly about me and how all of the clothes I tried to return were final sale (I dont see the problem with this as I didnt know they were final sale, but apparently to them it was ridiculous). No apology, even though they saw me walk up when they were talking. Overall, the staff at this location have never been particularly friendly, but this was much worse than Ive experienced before and makes not want to come back to this location. Very disappointed in this location and LOFT.
