        Been leaving in this apartment complex for over 13 years and I rarely call maintenance due to that I have very bad experiences with the crew. As a contractor I try to keep up in my unit unless its a matter of changing anything. Ive never changed any cabinets or anything until recently were I called to have a bathroom cabinet replaced due to that it was falling apart and for toilet leaking. The bolts in toilet were rusted and no threads left but maintenance crew told me in his own words that its my fault hows it my fault I asked!? Its in bad shape due to that it hasnt been replaced for over 13 years it wear and tare I answered, he stated I lean against it and that why it was leaking. This arguments like this is why I never call and cant wait to leave. Working on leaving this upcoming month. They have no manners and are rude and unprofessional. They take the cheap way in everything!

        In my search for a new home I have visited a number of properties that have some very unwelcoming staff. However the morning I walk into the rental office at powder mill village and was greeted by Jennifer I immediately felt at home. Jennifer, Carlos 1 & 2 are amazing, professional, respectful and a great team. Thank you guys for helping me find my new home.

        After SEVERAL complaints about rodent infestation. I called the office and talked to Carlos to complain & he acted like this was new to him when over twenty apts were on the list (THIS WEEK) for most complaints. He blatantly lied and said he's never gotten any complaints. It seems they have a script to respond with. This property is THE WORST!!! DO NOT.. I repeat... DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE AS AN OPTION (unless you like living with roaches & mice)!!!

        This place has great people who work in there and they welcome you with a warning smile . They have answers to all kinds of questions whether you like it or not, they telling you the truth. The place is clean and Janitor Services is great. they have great views in each building facing where sunrise I love it and always the best spot for us. My wife and I has been renting since 2017 and we left in 2018 and came back again in 2022 they serve us like we never left The best price for affordable housing and parking security and prince George police county keeping the place safe and the place is closer to all access Church if you area Christian, bus,highway, fast food ,hospital, grocery store, school, park and RV parking. Everything you need is close by of course I will recommend my family and friends. Come to this bad or good credit they will help you with place like home. I have a little problem with the Swimming pool and I know you guys can fix it make sure this year summer you guys open the swimming pool. Keep up the good work. Feel free to come here if you looking for a great safe place to stay with your family and if you are not good person or a dramatic person don't come here They prepare for trouble too Strong Community
