Club Capital was incredibly expensive and incredibly unhelpful (at times downright rude) to me as a new business owner. Would not recommend their services at all.

I've used Clup Cap for years and am very pleased with their service. They do my book keeping, taxes, and my account rep, Lee, always reviews my reports with me. Also I love Mariana. She is wonderful to work for my taxes and they are a breeze with her!

I switched to Club Capital from a local CPA as I felt like I wanted someone who understood my business better which would make it easier to take advantage of all my available tax savings. The entire process has been great including my tax advice (Kelly/Paul/Mariana), my account manager (Brian), and even my onboarding experience (Jenn/Veronica). This year they even really helped me when I needed a rush put on my tax prep which was an absolute life saver! I highly recommend them to all my friends in the industry!

Recently appointed SF Agent. I hired CC in Dec. Of 2022. On a call with them, they sold themselves as accountants that provide individualized help to meet the needs of each customer. Turned out not to be the case because you can barely get in contact with anyone in their company. They have you schedule quarterly meetings that if you fail to show up for after 5 or 10 minutes, your account manager will just disconnect and send you an email saying that they waited 10 minutes and left. I have to say that for $500 per month, their service is deplorable. Also, dont bother bringing it up because they will try to upsell you by suggesting that you need their package that is almost another $200 to $300 more per month for the things they originally promised they would do. I have mentioned to my account manager, her supervisor, and the supervisors supervisor that I wanted to cancel my account and that I wanted them to close out the year of 2023. Thats when they dropped the bombshell that I needed to pay another $2K for them to do my corporate taxes, which I thought was part of what I was already paying for, turns out I was wrong. I said fine, they have now charged me $2.5k this year and I still have yet to hear a peep from them. I emailed my account manager, her supervisor, and David Munson (SF Agent and Founder of CC) just to get automated emails that one was out of office and her supervisor email not being monitored. Of course no replay from David either. After which, called and was promised that I would get a call back within the hour, I am glad I didnt hold my breath. If anyone is considering using CC, they would have a better chance and save more money by doing their own taxes. Im leaving this review in hopes that it will actually get some traction with my account
