We have been living here only 1 year, we live in 2 bed townhouse w loft. Maintance team is quick, they do all scheduled maintance before winter and summer. ( Filter replacement and fire place cleaning, outside window cleaning). We are moving out because we need house with backyard now, if this complex had townhouse with backyard we will rent that house. Thanks for everything.

Management is very helpful and responsive, the apartments are clean, and the location is within walking distance of parks and grocery stores.

I am a new tenant at Ashton green apartment complex my experience through the whole process was great! Sharita walked me through everything from the beginning to the end of the to move in. She was very patient and professional. Maintenance said his name is J, repaired a few things that needed to be done. He was professional and made me feel welcome to the community!!!

We (my boyfriend and I) loved living at Ashton Green, and would still be living there if we hadnt moved to Arizona. This was our first rental experience and it was amazing. Property was clean, maintenance was always quick within 24 hours, and its right across from the beautiful Cedar Park. Micheal and Sherita are responsive and kind to their tenants. Sherita even helped us out by picking up a a very important package that had been accidentally sent to our old address once we moved to Arizona- unreal and so thoughtful. They go above and beyond, while always maintaining a chill attitude. I would suggest anyone to live here, it was the best!

I couldn't be happier with my recent experience of renting at Ashton Green Apartment. From the moment I walked in for a tour, I was impressed by the overall atmosphere of the complex and the professionalism of Sherita DeHonney the leasing Consultant.
The apartment itself exceeded my expectations. It was clean, well-maintained, and move-in ready. The layout was thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of natural light throughout the day. The modern appliances in the kitchen not only looked great but also made day-to-day life extremely convenient. Additionally, the in-unit washer and dryer were a huge plus.
The location of Ashton Green Apartment is another highlight. It's conveniently situated near grocery stores, restaurants, and parks, making it easy to run errands and explore the area. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, adding to the overall positive living experience. Ashton Green Apartment is zoned in Clarksville Elementary School, one of the best in our Howard County. This is pet friendly apartment and steps aways from Pet Park.
Parking has never been an issue, with ample spaces available for both residents and guests.
I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible leasing staff Sherita DeHonney at Ashton Green Apartment. From the very first interaction to the final steps of moving in, her dedication and professionalism have made my experience seamless and enjoyable.
She patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed information about apartment that suited my needs.
Her prompt responses to calls made me feel valued and assured that I was in capable hands.
