Good standard servicing done competently and in a reasonable amount of time. One drawback: recommendations for additional (expensive) work obtained by some kind of checklist rather than from the vehicle itself.

I was a loyal customer (~7 years) until last Friday. They did regular (biannual) maintenance on my Toyota Camry 2017 on Friday. When I picked up my car, I noticed that the fan was making a buzzing sound (which it was not before the maintenance). Instead of fixing it (or at least inspecting what is causing it), they refused to take a look and said that would be an additional diagnostic cost. Why did I take my car there? Because I trusted them (+ owner seems like a good person)! That trust has been broken last week :( This minor issue caused me so much time loss on Friday and frustration due to the attitude of the front desk :( P.S. I checked this online and it says that the buzzing sound coming from AC is an indicator that there is too much coolant/refrigerant in the AC compressor but I cannot know for sure of course until it gets checked. In addition, in my case, the sound is coming from the fan (e.g., when I turn it from cold to hot air or vice versa) so it might be different issue. Details: I left my car in the morning for spring maintenance and picked it up around noon. 5 minutes later, I noticed the buzzing sound and immediately brought it back. The front desk person said "they will look into it but all mechanics are on lunch break now so I should bring it back around 2 pm". I called around 1.30 pm to ask when would be a good time to bring it back. Another front desk person answered and said (1) they didn't touch the AC or the fan so it cannot be their fault, (2) they can check what is wrong but it will cost me additional money, and (3) they are busy today so it has to wait until next week. Reading more about this online, it seems like a small amount of Freon (coolant/refrigerant) might leak to the AC system and hence, cause the buzzing sound and it might be risky as it might damage the entire AC system, which is costly to replace. Yet, this might be a misdiagnosis in my case since the buzzing sound is actually coming from the fan. I will talk with my lawyer first and keep everyone updated here. I am truly so sad that something that is so small and can be addressed quickly has become such a headache :(
