I went over there to get an oil change, they did an inspection and came up with a list of things to do. I got my car and the day after realized the ac/heat wasnt working at all. They completely messed up my ac system!!

2022 I can't remember the guys name who works the front desk and phone but he was very kind. He explained things to me and didn't just say oh we serviced the car. Pick it up and pay me! I even left my windows down and checked to see if they could put them up before it rained. Already done! Much appreciated.
2023
I initially took my car to NTB to patch my tire because I bought them from NTB. Big mistake. I called Meineke and Jay said he had appts and time. We had a mix up but he was very apologetic and sincere About it. There were no hard feelings in the end and I would return for anything else my car needs.
2024 I took my car in based on my prior experiences. I wasn't as happy with the service this time around. Under the circumstances that I took my car to have my power window fixed. The parts were slow to arrive. I brought my car in on a Friday morning. Early! And my car wasn't available until Monday late morning/early afternoon. I had a funeral to attend for my own father. With No car. I was advised to get a rental on Easter weekend, after 2pm. Because they didn't want to put the panel and window back in. Such an inconvenience for them, right. Imagine not having a car to get to your own parent's funeral. The work was done but I didn't appreciate the lack of sympathy showed when it only took them less than 30 minutes to take the panel off. And we're now charging 3% on sales for credit cards!

I was there this past saturday for an oil change i bought from groupon. Everything was good until when I left the shop my tires started making grinding noises. I notices loose wheel lug nuts on all 4 wheels. This could of cause a major accident have I not notice. Also they recommended me to change cabin and engine filters and i had those done 3 months ago. I dont know if they actullay inspect correctly or they just try to find things not wrong with the vehicle to more money.
