        Car was super dirty from outside and inside. There was a drink splashed on the back seat with the bottle inside the car. Worst of all was that the seat belt of the passenger of the back sit wasnt functioning. I had to go to BWI and request a change. Staff were nice but quality is not acceptable.

        This is the worst establishment ever. Everytime we come here there is either no car or some other problem. If this is how you treat premiere members I wonder how you treat regular customers.

        The car I was issued was bug encrusted. For the price, I would have liked a clean car. Apparently they have staffing issues.
