Horrible place, its a dump and rundown. Theres no reason this place should be charging 200+ a night. Outrageous for what looks like a abandoned building. Avoid this place at all costs also very creepy. Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 1/5 | Location : 1/5 More

I decided to stay at this hotel for my pre wedding festivities and my wedding night .When I arrived the hotel oversold the room I selected and then offered me two double beds. I was okay with this because I wanted the extra bed space. Upon check in , I was greeted by Taylor Meadows. She was friendly and when I told her it was my wedding she immediately told me she would upgrade my room the next night to a better room . I explained that I and a few bridesmaids would be getting ready in the room for the reception and that we would be done at 7 or 8pm . She mentioned to just call and let the front desk know so they can have my bags moved . I was appreciative of the offer presented to me and I went to the room. The room was in a separate building that smells of dog urine or moldy carpet . The room itself had a faulty iron and when you call for towels , it took over an hour for them to drop one off. Worst night of sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The couple next door were noisy until 3am, and I was woken up at 7:45 am by people talking/shouting in the common area and music being played (i'm assuming from the hotel restaurant). From 8am until I checked out at 10am there was a loud clanging/hammering noise coming from above my room. They must have been doing maintenance - at 8am on a Saturday???? I left exhausted and very disappointed. I came to this hotel to get some peace and quiet. I got neither.  I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because the room was decent and the hotel staff were all pleasant.

Went there for a two day conference. The conference room was fine. They had a water cooler with buttons that did not all work and ran out of water for the attendees shortly after lunch. The lobby was very nice and staff was very cordial. The restaurant needs an improvement in customer service as well as furnishings that were quite a bit worn and not very sturdy. They did not have many people in there for lunch but it still took them quite a bit of time to even come out and greet me. When the waitress finally got to me she was very friendly, however. The food was nothing special. The burger I bought tasted a bit burnt. Was on a short timeline so no real time to order anything else. The next day I did leave the hotel to find another place to eat.  I did not stay at the hotel so I can't comment on the rooms, etc.

Visited recently for a business meeting. I was shocked that so many renovations were undergoing. I ended up staying in building C, seemed pretty outdated. The bed didn't have anything but a fitted sheet on the mattress and a comforter. The bathroom was extremely small, but the room itself was large. The stay was quiet and I had no major issues until someone decided to keep knocking on my door and running away randomly for a few hours that night. The room was clean, they have a microwave and refrigerator/ freezer combo in the room. There is plenty of parking on the grounds and in the garage depending where you stay. I look forward to seeing the completed renovations iin a few months when I return for my next event in the area. I will try the restaurant and gym next time. I love a good gym when away from home.
