Rude person on the phone. The i was given was outrageous and 90 dollars more compared to the competition.

If ever in life Ive wasted money, it was on this company. I requested a deep clean of a recently purchased house so that I could feel comfortable moving my furniture into it. I was told this service came with the works, I even paid additional for them to clean the window sills and wanted them to pay special attention to the baseboards because they were disgusting. Cleaning day comes and the staff of 2 was there all of about 2 hours. I get home and theyve not cleaned any window shades, the ceiling fans still had caked up dirt, the bathroom cabinets and mirrors were still filthy, windows werent cleaned, they didnt even sweep/mop the floor, shower door was untouched, not one baseboard cleaned. I send a message with pictures showing the service was unacceptable. I get a call back saying they will send another crew and have a supervisor come check the workthen ask what areas they need to focus on! Not a question I want to be asked after paying nearly $500! Come here, start from scratch and clean everything, not a specific area. Cleaning day #2. Again, crew was there less than 2 hours and no supervisor showed up. I wasnt home but I watched my security footage. I get home and they only touched up some of the areas that I sent pictures. I call and voice my frustration and dissatisfaction of the service yet again. I had my furniture/household goods being delivered so another team coming out was just not going to work. I was told to call them back after Ive unpacked and the house is situated and theyll send another crew, but within 2 weeks. You have my money, wont refund it and you want me to call you back within 2 weeks! I have a whole house, it is impossible to unpack within 2 weeks! Totally upset and I make sure to tell everyone that is looking for cleaning services to totally avoid Merry Maids, as they are worthless and a rip off! Services: Deep clean, Moving-related cleaning
