Good budget earrings

I was in the store the same time Brianna Dobbins was and am the "white customer who didn't buy anything". All stores are understaffed which is understandable. The store manager or shift lead (unsure but she appeared to be the only one working which would put her in some managerial role) was absolutely wonderful. I went up to her and asked her a few questions with the intent to come back and purchase later and she was able to answer all my questions with ease. Absolutely shocking that some people are adult enough to post negative reviews online but not adult enough to ask for help. if i could give the store a zero star I would unfortunately I cannot The customer service is absolutely absurd and very negligent they lack professionalism and any sort of attention to customer or details. I understand when someone is understaffed as I have worked in retail myself however when there is five girls trying to get piercings done the logical thing would be to take a break between them and check out your customers which there was only two. The lack of understanding the Sales associate Briana showed was absolutely astonishing. she closed the store early and on top of that during her shift she was on the phone talking to someone. Management needs to be more diligent while hiring people and IF they dont want negative reviews.

I had an appointment at Claire's when I stumbled into this store randomly while trying to kill time until my Claire's piercing appointment. That's when I realizes Lovisa also does piercings and i much much preferred their piercing selection and the overall more mature and sophisticated vibe of the store. I had a wonderful experience here getting my 3rd earlobe piercing. The staff member was alone at first, managing the store and piercings all by herself and she did it very competently and in a friendly way. Then when the other store attendant arrived, they worked well together and served everyone promptly. Also they took my feedback seriously when I asked them to slightly to adjust the placement of the pen mark where the hole would be. Overall i highly recommend getting your ears pierced here instead of Claire's and I'll be bringing my daughter here when she's old enough.

This...was not a great experience. The store clerk was taking personal calls while putting out inventory and I had to wait to ask a questions. This was a bit unfortunate but I probably wouldn't even be mentioning it here if not for the further poor experiences shopping with Lovisa. I made the mistake of buying hoop earrings for gauged ears (16 gauged). I realized my mistake when I got them home. On the receipt it says that no earrings can be exchanged for hygienic reasons. So here I have two single earrings I cannot use for anything and $50 wasted. Cool. Great. I tried to call the store to confirm the policy but no one picks up. I probably would have never left a complaint if it wasn't for the multiple areas of disappointment. I wish them the best but I can't recommend this business to others.
