Not only does she provide amazing customer service, but she has intimate knowledge of multiple loan products which allows her to personalize your loan to your exact financial needs. Kate is a GEM! I've known her for about 12 years from our college years, and I've followed her journey of being a loan officer on social media. She is a wealth of knowledge and provides a lot of good info through social media that I have gleaned from. I knew for a while that she would be the one I'd reach out to when I was ready to buy a house. She recommended the PERFECT realtor (Elisabeth Yeager). Kate has a phenomenal team! They all are super detailed/organized, send emails that are helpful to understand what you are signing, and have flawless communication.
