Hartland Run Apartments is awesome you put a maintenance request in they get right on it. The maintenance man name. James is very polite and efficient with his job. I just love living here and when you call for maintenance or any thing concerning Hartland Run apartments they are very polite inefficient I appreciate that and I want to say thank you to all the staff at Hartland Run Apartments

Good morning.. my experience at heartland run apartment with my maintenance guy was good.. my over all experience at heartland run apartment is that you guys don't do your job especially people at customer service they're rude and disrespectful especially when you call in emergency maintenance she was rude and disrespectful to me for instant last year when my AC was out I had to want a week and a half for AC and now that my stove wasn't working I had to wait a week and a half and when I told somebody about a squirrel or a bird in my vent I had to wait a week and a half before pest control come then I have to wait another week and a half then when I came back on the vacation it smells in my room and one animal die and I call to report it because my bedroom smells so I had to want again for some one to come out but I'm pretty sure if I didn't have my rent money I would have kick me out this is ridiculous and uncalled for when people needed you guys it never emergency but when you guys want your rent and kick people out it just ridiculous

I love living in Hartland run a Apartments the maintenance people are very nice and very efficiency. The groundskeeper is very nice and keeps the grounds and laundry room cleaned. Ill be renewing my lease again here and also I like the security that they have in the community, so thank you Hartland Run apartments For keeping me safe
