I ordered my bed in June 2023; The staff was very knowledgeable. The team helped me get something as close to the one I owned for twenty-plus years. I couldn't purchase the top bed in which I had, but I bought the next one closest because I wanted a king-size bed. I had to change my delivery date because the time didn't work with my work schedule. Today it was delivered. The delivery drivers were professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They removed my old sleep number bed and base. They left my apartment and the hallway clean and neat. I was sleeping on my old bed that was not working correctly since May 2023 when I moved into my new apartment. After unpacking my old mattress when I arrived at my new apartment, it was on yets last days. I couldn't complain because I got twenty-plus years out of it. I can't wait to get a better night's rest. Thank you!
