    We just moved in not even two weeks ago and have had nothing but problems. First the original apartment we signed for became unavailable a day before our move in date due to a bug infestation. The new apartment they last minute move us into seems to have the same issue. We have come across dead and alive roaches despite having our place sprayed twice by extermination already on top of our own poison we have put down. The dishwasher was full of mold all inside and when I called about it nobody seemed to have wanted to help in any way until today (almost two weeks of saying something) The maintenance app seems to always be disabled and deletes my history of tickets I put in which seems very odd. The washer and dryer units are broken and not cleaned or kept up with at all. We had to buy two cards back to back for laundry due to it not giving us a card the first time we paid just to spend $20 for the washer to not drain properly and the dryer to have no heat. For being our first apartment together I have had nothing but regrets living and leasing here and dont even want to come to our apartment.
