A stroke of good luck. after a bad experience. Back in October my car was struck by a deer on Marylands eastern shore. By the time I had it towed to Anne Arundel County, due to it being Saturday, most body shops had closed by noon. My vehicle didnt make it back to Glen Burnie until later. GB Collison Center would be closing at 3PM but were willing to remain opened until my car arrived. They couldnt have been any more professional if they tried. They really relieved all the stress caused by the accident. They kept me informed and updated as parts began to arrive. I even was able to communicate with them when I had to go to Denver, Co. As far as the finished product, their workmanship was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of bodywork performed on their vehicles.

Getting your car fixed after an accident is always a hassle. Unfortunately I have had to do it twice from being hit. I have gone to Glen Burnie Collision both times. Each time I have gone they have done amazing work. My car doesnt even look like its been hit, each step of the way I have been given updates due to parts being hard to find or estimate time of being completed! The manager or owner of this place is extremely extremely helpful. Hes a very fair person who does amazing business. He has helped me more than once and also gave me recommendations on other things about my car that I didnt know about. Definitely recommend this place

They never answer the phone and dont keep you updated on your vehicle. Timelines are never met and there is a lack of urgency. Trust me, go elsewhere. When the manager called me from his cell phone, he blocked me afterwards. I had to call that man from a private number just to get somebody on the phone!!! Service: Steering & suspension repair

I went to Glen Burnie Collision Center to get an estimate for putting a spoiler on my 01 Mustang. I just wanted the part installed, and I planned to splice in the third brake light afterwards. The estimate was so good that I scheduled the job for the next morning. I picked the vehicle up that afternoon and to my surprise, the tech completed the installation as well as the electrical connection for the brake light. The custom installation was professionally completed at a very fair price well ahead of the scheduled time. Everyone there was knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely have more work done at GBCC!
