        The people was polite and nice The sun was nice and very clean there was a warning posted on the windows to let you know about smoking in it and how much you would have to pay the cleaning of the vehicle if that happen in it The gas tank was full.

        After an absolutely horrendous experience at bwi rental and a manager that would do less than anything possible to help, (including avoiding eye contact) the associate here (Tedi Tessema) went above and beyond to help us secure a vehicle for our journey home. I like Avis and have for a while but corporate needs to understand whos good and who isnt in their job. Bwi isnt good, but this location has a great employee who actually cared and helped. 100000 stars.

        NEVER USE AVIS!!!!!!!!. I prepaid and returned the rental a day early. I was told I would not get the money back for the day I didn't use it.
