Only made it to Mars but had a great time! Learned a lot about the planets on the path and the sun and moon and several upcoming space missions. I will definitely be back next year if I can. Definitely would recommend this to others.

This is a nice, well-maintained trail. It does have a lot of use from bikers, walkers and groups of children.

This is part of the B&A (Baltimore and Annapolis) trail. Southern end is close to Severna Park Community Center. It's a busy trail unless it's early/late or weather is bad.

This is a paved, flat, double wide trail. It is heavily used by cyclists, walkers, and runners. There is ample parking near the start due to two strip malls adjacent to each side of the path; there are no public toilets. The Solar System trail starts at the large metal sculpture of the sun and accompanying info placards. From there, the trail goes south for 4.5 miles, where you reach Pluto. The first four planets are within 150 meters of the sun and clearly marked with metal discs on the left side of the trail; then, Jupiter is ~0.5 miles away, Saturn is 1.0 miles away, Uranus is ~2.0 miles away, Neptune is ~3.5 miles away, and then Pluto at ~4.5 miles from the sun. Earlier AM is better.
