Through my experience I would say Lenny has become my friend in addition to the expert manager who works with your specific needs and situations. I had a pipe bust under my kitchen floor in July. I was given a recommendation to call a different company and they said they couldnt get to me until a week and half later. Totally frustrated I decided to google companies that deal with water issue. BEST GOOGLE SEARCH IVE EVER DONE! I found Flood and Fire Response and I reached out to them. They literally answered and said they could be to my home in 10 min!!! I know dealing with this type of issue in your home is never pleasant. But the people at Flood and Fire Response made it such an easy, stress free process I would 1000% recommend them to everyone. I am a first time homeowner and they were patient and explained everything to me in detail. There was even a small mishap during the Reno process and they worked quickly to rectify the situation. They worked with my insurance company and were so patient with the time it took to receive payment. Ayla is literally the best she is so sweet, would always reach out to me with updates, came to my house a million times to pick up payments, bring me floor samples, etc. My floors and home look so beautiful they do excellent work. I hope something like this never happens to me but if it does I would call them without a second thought!!!

Ive had previous experiences with flood damage but never smoke damage. Flood and Fire Response were very professional and quick to get my job done. I would recommend them and would use them again. Hopefully, I wont have too. Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair
