My wife and I purchased two Volvo's from this dealership. Everyone we dealt with, Andy, Sam, Tim, and Frank, were extremely professional, helpful, and kind. Not once did we feel pressured by any of them during the entire process. Andy knows how to run a shop, and his team will bend over backwards for you to make the process as smooth and painless as possible. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new/used Volvo, I will certainly return in the future. Thanks again!

Third Bill Kidds Volvo purchase and VERY pleased with every aspect of our dealings with Bill Kidds Volvo. Sales person did a great job managing expectations; sales and finance managers were accommodating and flexible. The cars have all been awesome (Volvo driver since 1978). Service department goes over the top, with great hours and appreciated concierge service. The new showroom reflects the Volvos styling and is a pleasant place to buy a car. The wait for a new wagon was longer than I wanted, but still understandable. I felt I was compensated for the delay.
