If you were satisfied with the services provided by this law firm, I am happy for you. My divorce proceedings have been hampered by this law firm's failures. In dealing with opposing attorneys, Buddy isn't aggressive enough. I am basically getting creamed by the opposing attorney. He does not present your case well. That, of course, is my personal opinion. Now for facts. He doesn't respond to email and he doesn't answer nor return phone calls. You expect an attorney representing you to call you back when they have time to discuss your case.. I have called several times for OVER 4 months without receiving a response. As a client, I expected Buddy to represent me to the best of his ability and to communicate with me as well. This firm has not provided me with that service. My experience with them so far has been very disappointing.

Even if you're on the fence about getting divorced, these guys will pressure you to pull the trigger anyway. Wasnt very helpful for my family...

Due to an issue with a prior employer I was in need of an attorney. In talking with friends I received a recommendation to talk with Buddy. I couldn't be happier with the service and dedication I experienced throughout this whole ordeal. While it was not an experience I enjoyed HJ&M was awesome.

Buddy Miles is a very unprofessional lawyer. He has been sitting on my lawsuit for six months now and has not filed one paperwork. The company that I am pursuing to sue is now on my credit and sent me to the collection. He lacks communication and will not answer any of my calls, even after I explain to him Im homeless. This law firm does not care about its clients. Ive signed my contingent agreement back in June 2023. I had to drive an hour to his office after waiting six months for my medical forms to return. I'm extremely unsatisfied and upset that I left my family's livelihood in his hands and that he doesnt value his clients. He wasted six months of my time, and now I have to start all over looking for a new lawyer. Im hurt to think he would give me and my family lives back, but instead hes making my case extremely hard. Its been three weeks since I popped up at his office and he still will not return my calls or emails.
