I did my taxes here a few years back and got a notice from the IRS charging me back for some school credits that never had supporting info sent. Contacted the business. They basically told me to call the IRS and solve it myself because they didn't have anything saved from what was filed. No hacen los impuestos bien. Normally I do my taxes online but I decided to have my parents file taxes at this location and they incorrectly submitted our tax return. Since then it's been an unpleasant experience due to incoming mail from the IRS. It's likely that I was charged interest due to them incorrectly submitting my taxes incorrectly 3+ years ago however their employee who attended me was quick to say it was not their fault and that they can only fix the issue now and not reimburse the money that was taken from my 2020 tax return to cover the pending amount from the previous year. I don't suggest doing taxes at this location due to my unpleasant experience.

Been doing my taxes here for years they're very professional and they know what they're doing theres no funny business that'll get you on a IRS list.I would highly recommend them.
