        I asked the manager who was working the cash register at the time, if breakfast was still available and he said no, so I ordered from the lunch menu. While I was waiting for my order another customer came up and asked for breakfast and the manager told him what was available. I went back to him and he changed the order but didn't ring it up again. He just laughed and said it's the same amount.

        Bad service. I haven't been to McDonald's in many months. I ordered chicken nuggets and a cup of water. The water was pink and the staff did not even try to rectify it. All she said was 'this was what came out'. I left the cup there. Never going back.

        Ordered one big Mac with cheese. By the time I got to the pay window, paid for my order, waited behind 2 cars to get to the pickup window , at least 5 minutes had passed. I then waited another 3 minutes at the window - I was then asked to move to a parking spot. I asked her how long it would take. 1 minute later she gave me my big Mac. Poor service and management. At least it wasn't cold, though I'm sure it would have been if I waited in the parking spot. I get that fast food is not a good place to work. Who's responsible for such poor planning and service? I hadn't been to a McDonald's in over 4 years. It'll probably be another 4 years before a return to one. McDonald's should find a better system for managing orders.
