The claim team is horrible. Ill never go with Allstate ever again! I waited a long time for my first claim reimbursement. The deductible was $1000. Great! But during my rental period someone hit my car while parked and left a note so their insurance talked to Allstate. I paid another $1000 for deductible. So now Im $2000 In the hole . I contacted Allstate for months non stop! Just to find out Im not getting my full reimbursement back of $2000. Just $1000 was sent back to me. I thought it was going to be quick process because both parties say they hit me from out of their mouth to their insurance company but nope! I was fooled. Claim team says my claim is closed with no explanation but it says its open on my Allstate app. I couldnt even feed my child some nights because of two car accidents that I wasnt in fault which was admitted by the drivers and their insurance. God will bless me again soon. Never go with Allstate please!!!!! I did everything right and I still come up short $1000
