DB Genesis Hardwood Flooring

The thing that stood out the most about DB Genesis is their honesty! We first called them when we had a small warp in our wood floor. Other companies had quoted us nearly $2k in repairs but DB Genesis after coming by to inspect the damage told us that it's likely that it would fix itself and that we could use a dehumidifier to accelerate it. They were right, it's been a couple of weeks now and it's nearly back to normal. We then asked them to fix some squeaks in our floor on another occasion and were blown away when they told us that our total would be less than the initial estimate/invoice because the work was less than they anticipated. It is rare that you come across someone this honest but I could not recommend them highly enough!

DB Genesis has a very large selections of hardwood flooring to choose from and were knowledgeable about the different types of wood and what would work best with the existing hardwood floors in our home. They were flexible when we needed to change the start date of our project and did excellent work replacing a carpeted area with hardwood flooring. The workers were prompt, worked quickly and finished ahead of schedule. The quarter round they used for the trim around the base boards matched the wood floors beautifully. I recommend them with confidence.

It took me almost 2 months to speak over phone to numerous flooring companies, to watch their videos where they displayed samples of their work, I compared their reviews and we are very glad, that we have managed to finally hire DBGenesis flooring company to lay our living room and corridor floors with the highest grade of Luxury Laminate (our condominium Board of Directors did not allow to use marble, granite or porcelain for flooring needs because of our building structure security reasons). Daniel and Fran have done splendid work, and as a home owner my wife and I are extremely happy these hardworking guys took the job: our living room and corridor now look so amazing, beautiful, Daniel and Fran completed their work very fast, in a day: they were respectful, punctual, detail oriented. The price this company asked was very reasonable, on the contrary to many companies, whose prices were bloated and extremely unreasonable, actually we even were offered 10% off of the final price. I just had a great experience with DB Genesis refinishing the hardwood floors of my downtown DC apartment. They offered the most competitive quote; they were responsive and flexible on timing when my schedule changed; they did the job in exactly the amount of time they said it would take (maybe even a bit faster); and most importantly, they did a great job and left the apartment clean.
