Megabus Bus Stop @ JCPenny's

NOT DISABILITY-FRIENDLY!!! I took time to search buses and reserve seats so that my sister, her fianc, and my 82-year-old father with dementia could sit together and travel comfortably to my home on Thanksgiving. My payment and reservations were accepted and sent to me via email. Then I received an update saying that my reservation had changed. My reservation fees were refunded, and the seats for my family members will now be determined on a first come, first served@ basis. I emailed customer service, telling them the reason( person with a disability) I needed seats together, and my pleas were ignored. This is not customer service.

Megabus bus tracker is not accurate meaning, no way to know if bus will come or if it's running late. Customer service is not much of use either. So there is some risk if you decide to use the service.

This is not a bus stop. This is a sign and a trash can in the middle of a desolate parking lot at a dying mall. I don't understand why the two mega bus stops couldn't be together since the other one at least has a structure. You expect people, who don't have a car, to just stand in a parking lot not even covered in the rain? My bus was also delayed by 90 minutes and then never showed up. Really frustrating experience.

This is the most inconvenient, inconsiderate and overall poorly planned spot for a bus stop. There is NO SIGNAGE for the bus or where to PARK your car. Where do I park?? The Megabus Park & Ride is a 20-30 minute walk from this stop with no sidewalks. It makes ZERO sense that all busses dont pick up from the Park & Ride.
