        I just took the Megabus from NY to Baltimore. The driver had to stop on the side of road due to an issue with the bus and told us not to bother asking him questions because he didnt have any answers. They didnt offer another bus to take us unless a passing bus had room. Luckily, he was able to keep driving but the customer service was awful. Also the state of the bus was crappy, the cupholders were just holes in the table. When I asked for a partial refund, was told, Unfortunately, we dont offer compensation for short stops that are impossible to prevent. Will never take them again.

        Using the parking lot here nunerous times, I've never had issues finding a space before. Parking is free which is a great added bonus. On-site lot cleaners do a good job at maintaining the lot's condition to be free of trash and debris.
