Amanda was fantastic and made the entire process a breeze! As a first time home buyer who is also self-employed, I was concerned that the loan process would be complicated, but Amanda walked me through every step and made sure I knew exactly what was going on at all times. Being a Realtor, I have above average knowledge of the sales process. There was a lot of uncertainty going into this as far as which mortgage company, Realtor, closing company, insurance agent, etc to use as this was our first out of state purchase. We spoke to a few different mortgage companies and glad that we got in contact with Amanda as she was a huge help throughout this transaction.
