I stopped in the office to talk with Mr Schaner regarding my current Erie Auto insurance policy. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave me an honest assessment of my current policy and coverage. I do appreciate his time and do hope to deal with him more in the future. The previous review I left for Scott was based in misunderstanding. While he wasn't able to insure my vehicle the issue was with Erie's misleading online quote system that led me to believe they would be able to insure my vehicle.

Wanted to get a quote from Erie and chose Scott because he was nearby. He was very prompt with quotes and process was very smooth. Saved us a lot of money too compared to previous provider (Geico/Liberty).
