        Hands-down, the best dealership experience Ive ever had.. After my first experience with Doug and Nick in Service, a couple of years ago, we have now bought one used truck from Arron last summer and now a new truck through Arron and his crew this week. Could not have asked for a better experience. Special. Thanks to Sean for making the paperwork process so fast and simple. I HIGHLY recommend Prince Frederick Ford for new used and service! Outstanding Crew!!!

        Wonderful dealership with great cars, prices, and service. Everything youd want when buying a car, you will get here. I live 3 hours away from this dealership, but they were generous enough to send one of their sales reps (Cameron) to my house to pick me up and drive me there FREE OF CHARGE. If that wasnt enough, when I arrived at the dealership everyone I met was incredibly kind and helpful, telling me everything I needed to know and more about the car I was purchasing. Their customer service manager (Lisa Davis) was especially helpful. They really went above and beyond in their service, and I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle.

        First they tried to tell me that my bare tires passed the inspection they had just done after a salesperson told me they wouldn't. Then it was hell to get them to give me an oil change on my new vehicle when the app told me its oil life was at 13% the same day I took possession of the vehicle. Today I decided to change the oil early at 2,000 miles/3ish months after they changed it and my mechanic shows me a dirty filter that hasn't been changed in quite some time and dirty oil pouring out. This is disgusting behavior on behalf of Prince Frederick Ford when I have just spent somewhere along the lines of $35,000 at your dealership. I can't say I trust them enough to even air my tires now.

        Good team at Prince Frederick Ford. I never felt pressured into making a decision. They have been very responsive to my questions in person and online. I would purchase again there. Only reason for just 4/5 stars was Ford motor company took forever to produce a car they already had on the market.
