Ken & Michelle are simply amazing at Garden Vivien, absolutely every arrangement Ive ordered through them has been nothing less than magnificent. They truly Love what they do and it clearly shows in the beautiful work they deliver. I can peacefully order with them knowing what is sent on my behalf represents what Ive asked for with the touch of talented Michelle who has an exceptional taste for floral arrangements. For sure I have found my florist for life, would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional florist who will deliver, luxury, one of a kind and avant-garde arrangements.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Garden Vivien failed to deliver flowers after my order was accepted online the day prior. They texted me instead of calling me about their failure to deliver and gave me several excuses (of being away from their business with staff members traveling in various states) instead of providing me with concrete solutions or a refund. The florist offered to write a personal note of apology with the late delivery like that would actually be significant or a consolation to my loved one who doesn't know them at all. He kept saying that I wasn't charged for the order despite me seeing the charge on my Visa account. The Visa representative also confirmed that I was indeed charged. Poor business practice. Will NEVER do business with them again. Absolutely stay away. Very unreliable.

Garden Vivien absolutely exceeded expectations. I'm visiting family in the area and had a last-minute perfect gift inspiration of white orchids, and they were the only place I called that had them. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and assured me that Michelle could put something together for me in about 15 minutes. He was also extremely helpful and unflappable when I called again to direct my nice but confused Uber driver on how to find them. When I arrived Michelle was incredibly gracious as well, despite my "OMG I'm running late" energy. She helped me pick the plants and pot and then she and her team put together the most stunning double orchid display I've ever seen, including some beautiful succulents. I shouldn't have left any of this to the last minute (especially for an important occasion with such a specific gift in mind) but thanks to GV, I showed up exactly on time with a gift that absolutely WOWED my (somewhat tough to impress) hostess. She pointed it out to everyone who came after and was still talking about it when I left. Thank you so much!
