Got my pedicure and got infected. My big toe got swollen and hardly could walk. And two days after, pus is coming out. Polish are not even either.

Very clean, very neat and staff was very pleasant especially the young lady who provided my service(Hana). I don't often get nail service, but I do I will definitely return to Layhill Nails and Spa.

I have been biting my nails for about 15 years, and I decided to try out getting caps put on so that the nail can grow out. Phuong did an amazing job of fixing my nails and making the caps look natural. Layhill Nails & Spa has a relaxing atmosphere and Phuong made me feel completely comfortable as she worked on shaping and fitting the nails. Having the caps has helped me stop biting my nails. If youre sick of biting your nails, I cant recommend Phuong enough.

I dont like leaving negative reviews, but I also dont like feeling scammed. I absolutely do not understand the positive reviews for this place. My friend and I had an appointment. We arrived and waited 45 minutes to be seen. We were shuffled around between nail artists who did a very minimal job. I asked my tech if she was going to do any leg massage and she practically rolled her eyes and said, oh, you want massage, then did a reluctant leg massage that made me feel kinda gross for asking about this normal part of a pedicure. Then, the secret charges grift: The tech asked my friend if it was okay to use the rasp on her feet. She agreed and then they charged her an additional $10 when we were paying. My friend asked what the charge was for and the lady snapped back angrily that she told my friend there would be this charge (she didnt). So that sucked. Payment to my nail person was pretty sketchy: direct electronic payment to the nail tech herself. I was embarrassed I took my friend here.
