My first ring had to be replaced. Tammy Lynn, Icelena Joseph and Jennifer Hedrick provided me with outstanding customer service. It was an enormous task because the computer system would not allow them to return the first ring, but these woman would not be denied. They put their heads together and got the job done. I love my new ring more than the first one plus it is an upgrade. The diamond clarity is unbelievable. The shine is beautiful and can blind you like the eclipse lol! I am so happy with my new ring!
