Karina is an amazing realtor. She took care of everything from A to Z. Everything from the obvious (listing, photos, showings, communications, negations, and expert advice) to going beyond the line of duty and lining up contractors for repairs, taking care of erroneous items and materials (read: trash) left over by myself and tenants, recommending a super efficient and responsible closing attorney and much more. I haden't even been to this property in 2+ years, and throughout the entire process I basically didn't even need to know it existed. I tasked Karina with the sale, and then money showed up in my bank account. A++ I've dealt with a lot of real estate brokers and have been involved in many real estate transactions on both the buy and sell side. This experience literally could not have been better. I met Karina first when I was looking for a rental place for my sister. I found her very professional, dedicated, organized, patient and honest, so I found out that she is definitely the realtor that I want to work with for my first home purchase. Now I feel very lucky that I met her by chance and could have her as my realtor and adviser. Being a first home buyer can be very stressful, but she made this intimating process like a journey for me. She totally changed my level of expectation from a realtor. She took enough time to understand what I am looking for and patiently helped me to get a better insight of the market and the criteria that are important to me. It took me a few months to find my desirable place, and during my search I was feeling that I am doing my search with a knowledgeable friend. She never pushed me through an option, and I could always have her insightful advice. Once I found the right place, she connected me to a great real estate lawyer and helped me to shop around for my mortgage loan by referring me to several lenders. Even when things got unexpectedly complicated, Karina could handle the situation in the best way. She has a lot of connections and also graciously helped me to find proper resources for my moving and maintenance needs.
